Yoga - Weekend Yoga retreat

Weekend retreat with Carol young 2008 at Lam Rim Buddhist Centre.
The weekend of yoga starts 4.30 pm on Friday 11 July and ends 2.30pm on 13 July 2008. The Centre is situated in beautiful countryside in South Wales less than an hour’s drive from Cardiff, near Raglan. This will be a retreat from the world. An opportunity to de-stress in peace and relax on a deep level using a mixture of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, relaxation, fun, laughter, silence, talking and walking, and time for yourself.
